the staff was friendly and cute. the room was clean and warm. we checked in early because our room was available. the bar had a very nice restaurant.
the stairs were quite steep (just something to be aware of).

My room was directly under other guests. The floorboards were super creaky, and they were very noisy walking around until the early hours (I didn't get much sleep).

the staff were helpful and very pleasant! the room had clean linens and a lovely feel. i had chicken supreme with truffle mash and french beans, then chocolate mousse with homemade biscotti. the food was delicious! parking on site was also free.
The floors were a bit thin. other guests were noisy at times. it was not a major issue. I still enjoyed my stay.
